Important Information

  • Confirmation will be received at time of booking, unless booked within 9 days of travel. In this case confirmation will be received within 48 hours, subject to availability
  • Not wheelchair accessible
  • At time of booking, cruise ship passengers must provide the following information: ship name, pick-up time and location as well as number of luggage being brought so we can determine the suitable vehicle size.
  • If there are children joining the transfer, please provide the exact age of each child.
  • Please bring some change in EUR for toilet stops, beverages or snacks. US dollars are not accepted in Germany.
  • The route and duration of the transfer is subject to traffic, special events and any other circumstances out of our control. Generally we recommend planning:
  • 2.5-3 hours for a transfer with a sedan/mini-van (up to 6 people)
  • 3.5-4 hours for a transfer with a larger vehicle (from 7 people)
  • This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate

 

Cancellation policy:

- For groups of 1-6 people: free cancellation up to 48 hours in advance.

- For groups of 7+ people: free cancellation up to up to 7 days ahead. From 6 days in advance to 48 hours in advance, a 50% fee will apply.

- Cancellations less than 48 hours ahead or no-shows result in no refund.
